The challenge we most often face with residential customers is budget. Residential customers’ output needs may vary; but, most of the time the challenge comes down to money. ESSE has learned to navigate these difficult waters, balancing budget needs with back-up power needs.

The Solution:

We installed a 10kW unit for Mrs. Moon – a unit that fell within her budget that was also plenty beefy to meet her specific back-up power needs.

“We were interested in having backup power for our home and contacted Energy Systems Southeast for information on a residential generator. ESSE sales staff assisted us in getting a generator for backup power.  The service and customer support were great and we have been pleased with the performance of the Generac generator.  My overall opinion of support, performance and service has been superior, although we think we scared the power from going off because we have only had a power outage one time since we had our generator installed.  When the power did go out, we were elated because our generator kicked in and power came back on.  Thanks Energy Systems!” — Betty Moon
